Beta service terms for GangaCloud public website visitors and applicants.

Effective date: 2026-07-19. These beta policy drafts should receive appropriate legal review before broad commercial launch.

Service

GangaCloud provides a controlled-beta VPS service for approved technical users. Access is not generally available.

Applications may be approved, rejected, waitlisted, or withdrawn based on workload fit, capacity, policy risk, and operational readiness.

You are responsible for your applications, server administration, software updates, security configuration, and independent backups.

Production payment collection is disabled until explicitly enabled. Do not send payment outside the approved process.

Support is email-based and not 24x7. GangaCloud does not provide managed application administration.

AUP violations, abuse risk, non-payment where applicable, or platform risk may result in suspension or termination.
