Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

Use GangaCloud only for lawful workloads that comply with the Terms, this policy, resource limits, and the approved beta configuration.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity from your account and VPS.

Secure your SSH keys, passwords, software, and applications.

Report and remediate compromised systems promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

Malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, impersonation, spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, open relays, botnets, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, brute force, exploit attempts, abusive scraping, crypto mining, illegal content, copyright infringement, child sexual abuse material, extremist or terrorist use, harassment, doxxing, privacy violations, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.

Fair Use

GangaCloud may investigate excessive CPU, disk I/O, bandwidth, connection volume, abuse complaints, or provider notifications.

You may be asked to reduce usage, upgrade, reconfigure, or stop a workload.

Investigation and Suspension

Severe abuse, legal risk, provider-level complaints, active attack traffic, or platform impact may result in immediate suspension.

Minor or accidental issues may receive a warning and remediation request where practical.

Abuse Reports

Send abuse reports to abuse@gangacloud.com with timestamps, source and destination details, logs, and a concise description.

Legal Review

This beta policy is a practical operating draft and should receive appropriate legal review before broad commercial launch.
