A simple starting guide for approved GangaCloud private beta customers.
What GangaCloud beta provides
GangaCloud private beta provides a private Ubuntu VM for approved customers, guided onboarding, and SSH-based access for lightweight developer workloads.
The current beta is best for learning, demos, private tools, staging, and small experiments.
- Private Ubuntu VM
- Customer panel access after approval
- SSH ProxyJump connection details
- Simple VPS plans with manual review
What you need
You need a computer with SSH installed, a public SSH key, basic command-line comfort, and a workload that fits the current beta limits.
- Windows, macOS, Linux, or WSL terminal
- SSH key pair for VM access
- A backup plan for anything important
- Willingness to review commands before running them
Basic flow
- Apply for private beta access.
- Wait for workload and capacity review.
- Share your public SSH key when requested.
- Receive VM private-network access details.
- Connect through SSH ProxyJump.
- Run your approved learning, demo, or private tool workload.
Current limitations
- Public IPv4 is not available by default.
- Private apps require SSH tunnel access.
- There is no production SLA during beta.
- Starter VMs are for lightweight workloads only.
